On February 14, 2023, in the Syrdarya Regional Information and Library Center, together with the Gulistan City Specialized Boarding School No. 1 of the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions, on the occasion of the 582th anniversary of the birth of Alisher Navoi and the 540th anniversary of the birth of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, their scientific and pedagogical heritage. In order to study and popularize, a research conference prepared by students was held on the topic “Two great geniuses of the second revival – Alisher Navoi and Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur”.
The event was opened with an introductory and congratulatory speech by the Deputy Director for Spiritual and Educational Work of the Gulistan Specialized Boarding School No. 1, Zulfira Akhmedova. At this scientific conference, students of the school, through presentations, showed and talked about their great scientific research related to the life and work of Alisher Navoi and Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur in various fields of science.
At the conference, teachers of the native language and literature of the school, Irod Abdullayev, Shakhnoza Isomiddinov, Bakhtiyor Yuldoshev watched the small scientific research of two great geniuses of young talented students.
At the event, the staff of the information and library center of the Syrdarya region named after Alisher Navoi organized a book and photo exhibition about the life and work of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur called “The Great Statesman and Commander”.
The conference was attended by students of the specialized boarding school No. 1 and a group of military personnel of the National Guard Administration for the Syrdarya region.
